DMCA Policy

hubav.vip respects copyright. This policy describes the information rights holders and authorized agents should prepare if a genuine notice channel is made available separately.

Notice elements

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, give the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, and provide reliable contact details. It should include a good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized, a statement that the information is accurate and that the sender is the owner or authorized to act, under penalty of perjury where applicable, and a physical or electronic signature.

Review and possible action

A notice received through an identified real channel may be assessed for completeness, authority and whether the material can be located. Supported notices may lead to a proportionate restriction, but no outcome is guaranteed. The Copyright category on Report Content helps arrange the required facts locally.

Counter-notice

An affected party may prepare a counter-notice identifying the removed or restricted material and its former location, explaining under penalty of perjury why the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, and supplying contact details, any consent to jurisdiction and service required by law, plus a signature. A compliant counter-notice may be shared with the claimant.

Repeat infringement and accuracy

When appropriate and technically possible, access associated with repeated valid infringement may be restricted. Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability. Other concern categories appear on Report Content, while Contact Us offers a local drafting pad for procedural questions.
